Manfred Adrio is a food technologist, surfer and the founder of My Wellness. His journey with My Wellness was born out of a need to support his active lifestyle with pure, natural supplements. Manfred is passionate about developing innovative products and is an excellent surfer (he was the 2015 South African champion!)
